We are project-based, not retainer-based. Every engagement has a defined scope, a defined outcome, and a defined price. No hourly billing. No scope creep. No retainer treadmill.
All engagements start with a $4,500 two-week diagnostic. If the diagnostic surfaces that you don’t need us, we refund half of it and refer you to the right resource. If it surfaces that you do, we credit the full $4,500 toward the first sprint.
Sprints
Foundation sprint · $18,000 / 90 days
For founders who need to build the marketing foundation properly the first time. Includes: ICP work, positioning + messaging, technical SEO audit and remediation, content strategy, four pillar articles ghostwritten in founder voice, and analytics setup. Best for $500K–$2M ARR.
Engine sprint · $32,000 / 90 days
For SaaS companies that have a foundation but need a working organic engine. Includes: 12 pillar pieces, AI search optimization across ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Perplexity, internal linking architecture, schema.org + llms.txt deployment, conversion path optimization, and weekly working sessions. Best for $2M–$10M ARR.
Repositioning sprint · $24,000 / 90 days
For companies that have outgrown their original category or messaging. Includes: category narrative work, repositioning artifacts (homepage, sales deck, pricing page, all collateral), launch plan, and a 30-day post-launch measurement cycle. Best stage: post-PMF, before scaling spend.
Advisory
Founder Advisory · $2,400 / month · One 60-minute working session per week. Async support during the week (Slack, voice memos, drafts). Cap of three advisory clients at any given time across the team. Best for founders carrying marketing themselves who need a second pair of eyes weekly.

What you’ll get out the door
Every sprint ends with: a documented playbook of what was built, all source files and tracking dashboards transferred to your team, and a 60-minute handoff session. You own everything. We don’t lock anything behind “agency tools” or proprietary platforms.
